Shipping and Returns


Training Mask Australia provides FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders made in Australia.

Training Mask Australia shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution centre processing time. Orders will be processed during normal (Queensland) business hours between Monday and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery within Australia to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. For regional areas in Australia, delivery will usually arrive between 2-5 days. Deliveries to New Zealand will usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Returns and Exchange

Please choose carefully as Training Mask Australia does not give refunds if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or an exchange where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from the image shown to you. Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels still attached to the product and the package must include any documentation that was sent with the product. To complete your return, we require an online receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Training Mask Australia will only accept returns on items purchased from the Training Mask Australia store only. If returns do not meet any of the above conditions, then the item may be refused refund or exchange.


If returning an item that has a free promotional item, this free promotional product must be returned or purchased. Once your return has been received and inspected by Training Mask Australia, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and Contact

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Training Mask Australia, Attention: Customer Service, 26 Export Drive, Molendinar, QLD 4214. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Training Mask Australia does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
